Steal away in prayer – Week 7

This week’s study will focus on “Praying and Repenting.”  Sometimes our prayers are hindered by secret sins.  This study will focus on the need to acknowledge before God, any unconfessed sins in our lives.  After we have confessed our sins there is a second step.  We must repent of our sins.  Repentance implies a change in one’s thinking, attitudes and purpose.  In simple terms, to repent means to “change one’s mind.”  As you “steal away in prayer”, allow the Holy Spirit to minister to you.  What do you need to turn from?  What do you need to face in order for God to fix?  Our heavenly Father is a God of forgiveness and restoration.  Enjoy your time with God (Study with a friend).
